We are always eager to meet new administrators, understanding the crucial role you play in the lives of our faculty. From time to time, the Office for Faculty Affairs coordinates group training sessions, during which the HMS promotions and appointments process is reviewed in detail. However, it is also possible to coordinate a one-on-one session with a member of our staff. Please call or send an email and introduce yourself. We look forward to working with you.
For questions on promotions and appointments, please call 617-432-7112 or email OFA_Promotions@hms.harvard.edu. Our senior staff are more than happy to speak to current faculty members regarding promotions and appointments at HMS.
For public listings of our current faculty and staff, please consult the White Pages directory, located on the left side banner of the HMS home page website, www.hms.harvard.edu. If the doctor you are looking for is not listed, we suggest consulting the doctor’s individual Harvard affiliated hospital.
